Hunchback follows Evrim, a literature teacher and single mother navigating loneliness, unresolved political trauma, and fractured relationships, as she gradually reconnects with her voice through friendship, memory, and music.

_Concept

 

The mood board defines a subtle and intimate visual direction aligned with the international arthouse landscape. Through muted tones, natural light, and authentic settings, it reflects a grounded aesthetic centered on vulnerability, resilience, and a strong female perspective, while remaining rooted in a specific cultural context.

The process focused on translating the film’s emotional subtlety into a coherent visual language. A key challenge was selecting imagery that captured the intended tone with precision, maintaining balance without overstating the narrative.
